Senior Director, Human Resources-Business Partner (HRBP) RA / QA & Oncology

The Senior Director, Human Resources-Business Partner (HRBP) RA / QA & Oncology reports to the Vice President, Human Resources. The Senior Director will partner with business / functional leaders to influence the design and execution of the business strategy by providing consultative support and leadership. They will translate the business plan into talent and organizational plans, and drive for results by building organizational capability and performance. This role has a direct report and will require travel a minimum of 25-50% of the time. This role will support the Quality / Regulatory Affairs, Haystack and Oncology Franchises.

This position will be located in Secaucus, NJ (Hybrid).

Pay Range : $190,000 - $210,000 / year + 25% Annual Incentive Plan + Long-Term Incentive

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
