LVN Per Diem (Visits)

Responsibilities of an LVN for visits Include:

• Monitor patient health and vitals
• Administer routine healthcare activities
• Maintain and document patient records
• Communicate the status of patients with doctors and nurses
• Teach patients medication management
• Schedule visits appointments
• Manage insurance and billing authorizations

Required Skills:

• Wound care
• Wound Vac
• Colostomy bag
• Foley Catheter
• Home Health Care
• Bilingual (preferred)

Hours:

• Per Diem
• Weekend Flexibility

Pay:

• $35.00- (Visit rate is negotiable depending on case/location)
