Audit Manager

A company is looking for an Audit Manager to lead and oversee internal and external audits, focusing on healthcare compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, including SOC audits and healthcare regulatory audits

Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan focusing on core health plan operations

Facilitate the annual enterprise risk assessment and maintain documentation on audit outcomes and risk mitigation activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

7+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry, such as healthcare or finance

Experience in internal audit and risk management

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple competing demands
