We’re seeking a motivated mid-level, personal injury litigation paralegal (2-5 years of experience) who takes this work seriously, shows up every day with professionalism and focus, and values being part of something bigger than themselves.

Who You Are

• A litigation paralegal with a paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
• Highly proficient in legal software, calendaring, and Microsoft Office tools
• A clear and confident communicator with strong writing and client-relations skills
• Focused, reliable, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities
• Steady under pressure—and comfortable managing a caseload of 25+ litigation files
• Someone who values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork
