Responsibilities

• Scheduling Procedures : Organize and schedule all surgical cases across Loyola Medicine and its affiliated operating rooms and procedural areas, coordinating Pre Admission Testing and follow-up visits.
• Insurance & Patient Communication : Handle all communications with our financial clearance center, patients, and their guardians to confirm coverage and provide necessary information.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients have the right appointments and are fully informed.
• Administrative Support : Perform essential administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly and efficiently.

Pay Range : $19.10- $24.44 per hour
