Billable hour requirements for full-time, salaried BCBAs : 30 hours Billable hour requirement for part-time BCBAs : 75% of total hours worked (preferred). Complete intake and assessments. Parent training. Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors. Mentorship for a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's Degree High emphasis on integrity and ethics Passion for client success Strong leadership skills
