We're seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create, verify, and optimize G-code programs for CNC / NC machines. If you enjoy turning blueprints into high-quality parts and want to work in a hands-on, team-focused environment, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Program and nest sheet steel using .dxf files, AutoCAD, sketches, and G-code.
• Verify programs, run first-part checks, and make adjustments as needed.
• Operate CNC machines and punch presses when required.
• Maintain tooling inventory, machine logs, and drawing transmittals.
• Track and requisition sheet materials for upcoming jobs.
• Collaborate with HR, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales to support production needs.
• Follow all safety standards and procedures.
