Program Success Manager

A company is looking for a Program Success Manager to oversee the performance and revenue outcomes of HCBS programs.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full pipeline and revenue performance of assigned HCBS programs, tracking metrics from referral to case completion

Identify and manage program bottlenecks, developing scalable solutions and improvement plans

Hold revenue responsibility for assigned HCBS programs and execute strategies to drive growth and member engagement

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in sales and / or account management within healthcare or HCBS / Medicaid programs

Demonstrated experience owning revenue or P&L responsibility for a program or account portfolio

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and identify trends

Experience developing scalable processes and escalation protocols

Track record of cross-functional collaboration
