A Level Automotive Technician
Location: Eugene, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekends off!)
Pay Range: $40–$50/hr flat rate - easily make over $100K!
5 - 8+ Years of Professional Shop Experience Required
Position Summary
Promotive is hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for a highly respected, family-owned shop in Eugene, OR.

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on all makes and models
Specialize in drivetrain and electrical systems
Complete high-quality brake, suspension, and general mechanical work
Use scan tools and diagnostic software with precision
Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist and mentor junior techs when needed
Deliver consistent, professional service that exceeds customer expectations
Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on automotive experience
5+ years focused on electrical and drivetrain diagnostics
Advanced diagnostic capabilities
ASE Certifications preferred
Reliable, self-motivated, and a true team player
Valid driver's license with clean record
Compensation & Benefits
Flat rate pay: $40–$45/hr depending on experience
