Responsibilities

Assist strategies meant to optimize organizational inventory levels and support organizational business objectives.

Assiston hardware forecasting to ensure customer requirements are met and year-end inventory targets are achieved.

Collect data and prepare analyses forecasting demand or predicting inventory needs. Maintain collaboration with purchasing team and submit requisitions to ensure a continuous supply of goods.

Use Salesforce and other means to forecast inventory needs based on upcoming sales.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal customers.

Assist with planning and project management. Effectively communicate with departments such as Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Program Teams.

Project manage and report progress on Supply Chain lead initiatives / transformation projects.

Qualifications

Strong systems knowledge that includes advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.

Experience working with Great Plains a plus.

Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with and partner with key business stakeholders.
