What We Are Looking For :

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Market Data Operations to establish and lead day-to-day oversight and strategic direction for our market data network as part of Trading Operations. This is a newly created role that reports to the Vice President of Trading Operations. The position is modeled closely after the responsibilities of the Manager, Market Data Services within TradeStation Global Services and the Data Services team, but with significant expansion : the selected candidate will have primary ownership for the creation, buildout, and long-term maintenance of our new security master within the BOSS (Back Office Services System) middle office platform.

The role ensures market data integrity through robust validation, reconciliation, accuracy initiatives, and supports the multi-year BOSS migration project. The candidate will provide subject matter expertise for all tradeable asset classes—including equities, equity options, futures, and futures options—and lead the transition from our legacy TradeStation Technologies data infrastructure to the new Dev Experts DXFeed environment.

This position is a strategic “bridge” role : it will assume much of the historical market data network management workload while also pioneering the development and long-term support of a next-generation security master as part of TradeStation’s modernization initiative (BOSS). The candidate’s leadership will be critical in de-risking our phased migration to DXFeed and ensuring data integrity throughout the transition and into normal-state operations.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Manage and monitor, the day-to-day performance and resiliency of TradeStation’s market data network, with an eye toward proactive detection and mitigation of potential issues
• Serve as the primary escalation point for real-time data anomalies, outages, and incident response, collaborating with technology, operations, and vendor teams
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and regulatory obligations concerning market data management
