Registered Nurse - Float Pool ICU - Full-Time

A full-time opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool , providing critical support across medical-surgical, step-down, and ICU-level units. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to broaden clinical expertise by caring for diverse patient populations in a high-acuity hospital setting.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within 6 months of hire and complete the program within 3 years
- Minimum 3 years of post-education clinical experience in medical-surgical, step-down, or ICU-level care
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- ACLS certification required
