Oregon Licensed Lead UM Coordinator

A company is looking for a Lead Utilization Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to the UM Coordinator team

Oversee behavioral health authorization processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Participate in quality assurance activities and support process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, behavioral health, or a closely related field

Active Oregon clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in good standing

Five years of experience in behavioral health utilization management review

Experience in providing leadership or mentorship to staff

Strong knowledge of Oregon Medicaid, OHP benefits, and behavioral health clinical practices
