Role Overview

Help Shape the Future at SITE Technologies! We are seeking a strong, capable CFO to join our talented team! As CFO, you’ll be a key partner to the CEO and leadership team—driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and investor confidence. This role combines strategic foresight with tactical execution in a fast‑paced, close‑knit environment.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the CEO to translate business strategy into measurable financial targets and KPIs.

Lead and mentor a small, high‑performing finance and accounting team.

Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and long‑term financial planning.

Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.

Manage cash flow and liquidity to sustain growth and manage burn.

Implement scalable finance systems, reporting tools, and automation to improve efficiency.

Develop and track key SaaS unit economics to inform pricing and growth strategies.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners.

Supports future fundraising rounds, debt financing, or strategic investment opportunities.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior experience as CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent in a SaaS or technology company.

Proven success scaling a company from ~$10M to $50M+ in annual revenue.

Strong command of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and investor reporting.

Deep understanding of GAAP, forecasting, and cash management in high‑growth environments.

Experience with venture capital, private equity, or institutional investors preferred.

Strategic mindset with hands‑on capability—comfortable operating at both a high level and in the details.

Strong communication and presentation skills—able to explain complex financial information clearly and persuasively.

Collaborative leadership style able to work effectively with a close‑knit leadership team.

Demonstrated ability to navigate disagreements, moderate conflict, and build alignment across stakeholders.

Experience managing equity programs and investor relations.

An MBA or advanced degree.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

Deep experience in a high‑growth start‑up environment.

This position can be on‑site with a 2‑day‑in‑office / 3 days remote work schedule or remote based.
