Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare providers, resolving issues efficiently
Provide support through various channels, including calls, chats, and emails
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of provider issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday during specified hours
