About The Role

As a Rehab Practice Associate, there are scheduling expectations with a patient-facing aspect. In addition, benefits are verified and validated and authorizations obtained for the therapy department.

Key Responsibilities

• Verifies patient insurance coverage.
• Optimizes collections and charge entry process.
• Oversees referrals and communicates co-pays / balance due information.
• Greets patients / takes phone calls.
