Hourly Non-exemptPosition SummaryPerform work utilizing hand and power tools and mechanical skills to keep molds in repair. Duties involve repairing, installing, aligning, and testing molds to meet production requirements. Assist Maintenance Technicians in Preventative Maintenance, Equipment Repair and completing projects.Primary Functions
Use of hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches to perform regular job duties.
Repairing and changing molds using the needed tools.
Performing routine maintenance on molds and determining when and what kind of maintenance
is needed. Bringing machines back to Ready to run part status after mold change.
Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents

Hearing : Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Other : Ability to work overtime or occasionally on weekends with short notice.
