Job Title : Enterprise Platform Full Stack Developer

Location : Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Schedule)

Salary : Up to $139,000 per year

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Enterprise Platform Full Stack Developer to join our IT team in Cleveland, OH. As an Enterprise Platform Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications and solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications for enterprise platforms.
  • Work with modern technologies and frameworks, including both front-end and back-end development.
  • Implement best practices for coding, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability of our software.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users.
  • Contribute to the architectural decisions and software design processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the adoption of the latest tools and practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Strong back-end development skills with technologies like Java, C#, or Node.js.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
