Chavez Ave., Los Angeles, CA Job Details Pay Rate : $75 / hr Assignment Length : 13 Weeks Start Date : 01 / 05 / 2026 End Date : 04 / 04 / 2026 Schedule Shift : Nights Shifts per Week : 3 Hours per Week : 36 Daily Hours : 12 Floating : Required On-Call : Required Job Summary The RN ICU Float provides coordinated nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple units as assigned. Float Pool nurses must clock in to the specific unit worked. This role requires strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and the ability to adapt quickly to varying ICU environments. The RN assesses patient conditions, develops and implements individualized care plans, evaluates patient outcomes, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. The position includes direct patient and family education, participation in discharge planning, and appropriate delegation of care tasks.
