Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is a leading provider of broadcast solutions, live event production, and managed services for enterprise clients, networks, and government agencies. Our Media Asset Management (MAM) solution enables clients to efficiently store, organize, retrieve, and distribute their media content across teams, locations, and platformsensuring secure, scalable, and streamlined workflows.

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to drive adoption of our Media Asset Management solution across target industries, expand our client base, and lead strategic sales initiatives.

Position Summary

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for BMG's Media Asset Management platform. This role requires a deep understanding of media workflow solutions, a proven ability to close enterprise-level deals, and strong relationships in industries such as broadcast, corporate communications, sports, entertainment, and government.

You will lead the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingwhile collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for BMG's MAM tool to meet revenue and market share goals.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts across broadcast, enterprise, sports, entertainment, and government sectors.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting to executive leadership.
• Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Prospect, qualify, and engage decision-makers at target organizations.
• Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
• Market Insight & Positioning
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging technologies in media asset management.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, sales collateral, and go-to-market campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with product development to align features with customer requirements.
• Partner with the client services team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
