Regional Sales Manager

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities include focusing on the quality and quantity of sales results, driving new business improvements, and retention and growth of the existing customer base. The role also involves maximizing profitable revenue growth across the area, driving the area sales strategy, meeting or exceeding sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading, training, monitoring, and motivating the sales team, drawing insight and action from sales and revenue reporting, maintaining awareness of competition and industry trends, and developing talent through recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching. Supervisory responsibilities include maintaining a positive work environment. Education and experience requirements include an MBA or bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar area of study, and 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales leadership, preferably in a service or operationally focused industry.
