Civil Litigation Attorney

Location: Las Vegas (Fully Remote – Nevada Residents Only)

Overview:

We are partnered with a highly regarded litigation firm seeking an associate with 2+ years of experience with strong focus in insurance defense. This position is fully remote for Nevada-based attorneys, with occasional in-person requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials when needed
• Develop case strategies and provide regular updates to clients and carriers
• Collaborate effectively with partners and staff in a remote environment

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active Nevada bar license required
• Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be a current Nevada resident

Additional Details:

• Remote Work: Fully remote with flexible daily scheduling
• Billable Requirement: 1,980 hours annually (non-negotiable)
