As a Chiropractic Office Receptionist, enjoy a starting wage ranging from $18 to $22 per hour. A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY

Envision being the friendly architect at our front desk, expertly handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless intake for new patients. As a Chiropractic Office Receptionist, you'll mastermind marketing funnels, engage new patients, and contribute to a symphony of exceptional experiences. Days will include check-ins and check-outs, rescheduling, payment harmonies, and orchestrating insurance and benefits verification. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Minimum 2 years of Bookkeeping or front office experience
• Associate's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in time management, appointments, and scheduling
• Clear and confident communication skills in person and over the phone

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM
• Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM
• Half day on Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM
