Responsibilities

Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets through effective engagement and service excellence.

Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest insurance products and changes in the industry to provide comprehensive advice.

Client Consultation : Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.

Policy Documentation : Accurately prepare and manage all client-related documentation and policy changes.

Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up with clients for feedback, renewal discussions, and new policy opportunities.

Requirements

Licensing : Must possess an active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales is highly desirable.

Customer-oriented : Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
