Sales Team Manager

At PwC, our people in brand management, marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm's services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets. Those in client and account management at PwC will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, confirming their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. Your work will involve understanding client goals, managing accounts, and utilising effective strategies to build trust and loyalty. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining a positive reputation for the organisation. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

As part of the Sales team you are responsible for driving internal account management efforts for sales-related activities on priority accounts. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.   • What You Must Have :

  • High School Diploma
  • 4 years of experience
