Senior Quality Engineer

Foxconn is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure product quality across complex PCBA and system-level manufacturing processes , while serving as a key technical liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers. You will lead data-driven investigations, drive corrective actions, and hold partners accountable for meeting quality standards. A major focus of this position is ensuring flawless quality execution during New Product Introduction (NPI) builds , partnering with engineering and operations teams to validate manufacturability, compliance, and scale-up readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead weekly Quality Summary Reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing analysis, trends, and corrective action updates.
• Analyze yield data and failure analysis reports across PCBA, mechanical, and system-level processes .
• Identify recurring quality issues and drive root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams and supply-chain partners.
• Ensure NPI build quality management , including first-article inspection, validation of new processes, and early detection of design or manufacturability issues.
• Hold sub-tier vendors and factory teams accountable when defect trends impact customer deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality escalations on assigned products and processes, demonstrating strong customer service skills in managing expectations and providing timely resolutions.
• Review and validate supplier and factory FA (Failure Analysis) reports for accuracy and alignment with expectations.
• Apply critical thinking skills to interpret complex data, evaluate risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Lead or support cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, audits, and process reviews.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Salary Range for this position : US$95,000 - US$105,000 / annum
