Quality Control Inspector

Quality Control Inspectors are responsible for reducing scrap, material reduction and increase productivity on the production floors. They troubleshoot quality issues with product processes. The work closely with operations team to ensure process controls are in place to meet standard requirements.

• Accurate and timely inspections of machines and finished products.
• Complete quality reports hourly.
• Verify specific dimensions and material usage to assist in cost reduction.
• Eliminate non-conforming products.
• Meet production goals.
• May be responsible to perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Must be able to work a 3rd shift (7pm-7am).

Comply with OSHA Regulations :

Experience with (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred :

Knowledge of basic math and measurements :

Perform a repetitive task for long periods of time without losing focus.
