Salary :

Medical Supply Technicians Sterile Processing

Location : VA Fresno, CA| Business Hours : Two Shifts Available

Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM
Evening Shift : 3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM

About the Role

Sterile Processing Technicians are a vital part of the healthcare team. You will ensure that surgical instruments and medical equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, inspected, and packagedplaying a critical role in patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.

Follow strict safety and compliance standards (AAMI, AORN, FDA, OSHA).

Operate sterilization equipment (autoclaves, V-Pro, machine washers, ultrasonics).

Inspect instruments for damage, wear, or malfunction.

Assemble, package, and label instruments to maintain sterility.

Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation.

Adhere to all PPE protocols and infection prevention practices.

Assist with training new team members as needed.
