Job Responsibilities

As a B2B Marketing & Campaign Specialist, you will support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, content creation, and campaign performance tracking. This role is perfect for a highly organized self-starter looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing through digital campaigns, content marketing, and email strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with email platforms (Pardot), content scheduling tools (Monday), and campaign management basics. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $56,500.00 - $72,000.00
