About the Job

  • Clean Inspection Bonus : $100
  • Referral Bonus : $2000
  • Load Pay
  • Empty Miles : Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
  • Extra Stops : $50 per additional stop
  • Detention Pay : $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
  • Layover Pay : $100 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay : $150

  • $2,500 sign on bonus
  • Dedicated, Line Haul
  • No Driver Load / Unload
  • 25% tarping
  • No slip seating

    • Home Time

  • 14 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • Get 2 days of home time for every 14 days worked
  • Home at least 2 weekends per month

    • Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (G) Night Driving or (K) Intrastate Only
