Network Manager

Responsibilities

Direct network infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, network expansions, and modernization initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Monitor network performance, implement proactive maintenance schedules, and manage incident response protocols to minimize downtime.

Develop and maintain standardized network documentation, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and audit readiness.

Develop and implement network security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection, VPNs, and segmentation, ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Partner with IT leadership, clinical teams, and administrative departments to align network initiatives with hospital objectives.

Present regular reports on network status, performance KPIs, and improvement plans to senior management.

Manage vendor, consultant, and service provider relationships, overseeing contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of network engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership / management role.

Experience leading tenured / senior engineering staff and managing team performance evaluations.

Hands‑on experience with LAN, WAN, wireless networks, cloud infrastructure, and network security technologies.

Proven track record of leading network projects, including upgrades, expansions, and cloud migrations.
