About the RoleThe Treatment Coordinator is a key patient-facing position responsible for guiding patients through their consultation, clearly explaining treatment recommendations, and confidently presenting financial options.
This is not a basic front desk role. It requires strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and comfort discussing payment options.

Core ResponsibilitiesEducate patients on the long-term benefits of orthodontic care
Clearly explain treatment plans in simple, confident language
Present financial options and insurance information professionally
Support patients in making informed decisions
Maintain organized scheduling and smooth patient flow
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff
Uphold a clean, professional, patient-centered environment

Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays
