Requirement Description.

Chatbot Application / Solution architect.

Location : Chicago, IL.

Role Description : An Architect who can drive End to End architecture that includes Chat bots like Netomi bots or AWS Bedrock or Kore.ai or Amelia.ai, Shopping cart management and Payment’s processing.

Required Skills :

  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in managing complex enterprise applications and infrastructure.
  • Strong experience in Contact Center application architecture and cloud architecture (preferred AWS).
  • Hands-on experience with development and deployment of Chat bots like Netomi bots or AWS Bedrock or Kore.ai or Amelia.ai.
  • Familiarity with AWS architecture, including selecting optimal services for specific use cases.
  • Exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI setups.
  • Ability to design and communicate architecture effectively across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • Strong communication skills, Team player, and good attitude.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, including creating executive-level presentations.
  • PCI Compliance : Proven experience in implementing and maintaining PCI compliance for enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Web commerce, Shopping cart, and Omni Channel Experience.
