• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assess and document residents' conditions and responses to treatments.
• Effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members.
