This position is based in the United States within our Digital Commerce Platform (DCP) division contributing to our digital projects and innovations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI / UX Engineer to join our User Experience team and contribute to the development maintenance and growth of our Komodo design system and commerce platform. This role requires a unique blend of design expertise engineering proficiency and a passion for creating flawless user experiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring design consistency enhancing scalability and enabling efficient integration of components across digital products.

A day in the Life :

• Collaborate closely with UX / UI designers to transform designs into functional components.
• Ensure components are optimized for performance and compatibility.
• Attend daily stand-ups to align with the team.
• Code reusable accessible and adaptable UI components.
• Conduct accessibility tests to meet WCAG standards.
• Update documentation with usage guidelines and examples.
• Review implementations to ensure they align with the design system consistently.
• Plan and prioritize next steps to improve scalability and user experience.

Keys to Success :

To excel in this position it is essential to be diligent have a demonstrated history in website development and show dedication to upholding coding standards.
