What You'll Do

As a Sponsored Residential Provider, you’ll open your home and heart to individuals with special needs, offering them a safe and supportive living environment. Your role will involve :

• Providing daily care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence.
• Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive home environment.
• Collaborating with case managers and other support staff to ensure each individual’s needs are met.
