Recruiter Position at Bloom Energy

Bloom Energy, a leader in clean energy solutions, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for finding exceptional talent, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, focusing on Manufacturing, Field Services, and overhead support, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions.
  • Work closely with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates, facilitating interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Drive the offer process, including extending offers and generating offer letters.

What's Needed?

  • 6-9 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably within a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
  • Exceptional interviewing and communication skills.
  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting internationally is preferred.
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree from a top-tier school.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and is based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role. This is a contract position, up to 18 months.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, with a focus on Manufacturing, Field Services, and overhead support) ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for open requisitions.
  • Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Proficiency in using Workday for managing candidate applications preferred.
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
  • Work closely with internal recruiting team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flow and pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals.
  • Identify potential and priority candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing.
  • Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process.
  • Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions all parties.
  • Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis.
  • Represent the Bloom Energy recruiting team internally and externally.

Skills and Experience

  • 6-9 years recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting internationally preferred.
  • Recruiting experience within Manufacturing and Field Service capacities (Direct Labor, Field Services, Equipment Operations, Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Support).
  • Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners and candidates.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • BA/BS degree from top tier school.
