Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and internal policies. Lead third-party and customer audit processes with confidence and precision. Manage and mentor a team of quality control technicians across multiple shifts. Own and maintain the company’s food safety plan. Build and scale a high-performing QA team. Manage the product sample program and support R&D initiatives. Promote continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization. 5+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance. 3+ years of experience managing teams in a manufacturing or food production setting. Proven success leading SQF audits and maintaining food safety certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
