We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clear, engaging messages that resonate with our audiences and promote our mission.

Job : On site

Location : Riverside, CA

Pay Range : $950 - $1300 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote our programs and initiatives.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and websites.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on trends to inform future communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and highlight achievements that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage and update our social media channels to engage audiences and build community relationships.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a nonprofit or similar setting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
