PAY RATE : $84 / hour

Summary :

Provides engineering leadership to a multidisciplinary team including internal and external resources and customers.

Develops Statements of Work (SOW) to support R&D ongoing programs and new business initiatives.

Collaborates with customers and management to obtain approvals and align project objectives.

Responds to SOW changes assesses impacts and negotiates adjustments to deliverables resources costs and schedules.

Leads project execution through completion and establishes performance metrics.

Plans identifies and coordinates resources throughout the project or program lifecycle.

Defines risk mitigation and opportunity plans.

Compares actual results to baseline plans to assess performance efficiency productivity and lessons learned.

Provides technical business and integration leadership for project and team execution.

Works under minimal direction.

Requirements :

Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance (Not Required to Start)

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology) Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science or Computer Science

3 years of experience leading or managing multidisciplinary engineering project teams

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications :

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Experience with proposal development and contract negotiations

Experience with export compliance or international programs

Experience developing and tracking program plans schedules and budgets for technical projects

Project management experience in an engineering environment

Experience in engineering project planning or project management

Experience supporting weapons systems

Experience working directly with government customers

Experience collaborating across functions and organizations
