Business Analyst

HCLTech is looking for an expert in payments domain with BA (Bilingual) and data analysis skill sets they should be familiar with payment types formats industry standards data mapping to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relevant experience as business DATA analysis, business analysis or system analysis.
• Experience in data governance data management or related roles including support of data standards/policies.
• At least 5 plus years of experience in banking and financial services industry preferably payments
• Experience with data management processes tools and applications including data cataloging process mapping handling data quality issues and lineage tool sets.
• Experience in data profiling and writing SQL queries.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written in a clear confident with wide variety of stakeholders at different levels.

Required Experience

• Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of working on industry standards like ISO20022, SWIFT etc.
• Proficient in gathering the business requirements and converting those into technical & functional solutions
• Deep understanding of multiple payment ecosystems (UPI, US RTP, FedNow, SEPA Interac etc), regional payment practices and emerging solutions
• Solid understanding of trends in payment industry such as Mobile Banking, Digital Wallets, Tokenization
• Successfully completed projects involving digital transformation and migration of legacy payment systems
• Define & document User Stories, ICDs in JIRA under appropriate epic
• Provide solution, story & ICD walkthrough to partners, Engineering Managers and CQE teams
• Work with Scrum Masters & RTEs for day to day execution of initiative via a scrum team
• Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
• Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Must have skills:

• Knowledgeable on SWIFT MT
• Knowledgeable On MX (ISO 20022)
• Hands on experience on CLEARING & SETTLEMENTS OF PAYMENTS between banks
• PACS.008 (transfer funds from a debtor's account to a creditor's account between 2 FI)
• PACS.009 (FI Credit Transfer)
• PACS.004(Payment Return)
• PACS.009COV (FI ‘Cover’ Credit Transfer)
• Business requirements writing and converting those into technical & functional solutions
• JIRA Tool
• Clear written and verbal communication

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 66000 year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 136400 per year

Compensation and Benefits:

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
