What You'll Do

Deliver individualized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs.

Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) .

Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families to promote student success.

Foster an inclusive, positive classroom culture that encourages participation and achievement.

Maintain accurate documentation and open communication with families and team members.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary : $57,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience)

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education

Valid Maine Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
