Job Description

Cape Fox subsidiary, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), is seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Computer Programmer to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality software solutions. The Senior Computer Programmer will perform coding, testing, and implementation for the Department of the Interior (DOI) Human Resources Systems Management Division (HRMSD) applications and databases while adhering to DOI standards for security, configuration management, and Agile delivery. Core Duties:

• Translate design requirements into maintainable code.
• Execute unit testing and verify results through Agile acceptance criteria.
• Implement automated build scripts and deployment packages.
• Debug and optimize existing code for performance and stability.
• Collaborate with database administrators and test teams for system integration.
• Maintain technical documentation and revision histories.

• 5+ years in computer programming for enterprise applications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Proficiency in PHP, ColdFusion, SQL, and JavaScript
• Public Trust (Tier 1) or higher
