Sales Representative Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Warranty Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will speak with homeowners, explain available home warranty coverage options, and help them choose the plan that best fits their needs. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and driven by meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and take inbound sales calls regarding home warranty plans
• Educate customers on coverage, benefits, and pricing
• Build rapport and provide a positive sales experience
• Follow up on warm leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system
• Assist with renewals, upgrades, and customer questions

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience (call center or home warranty a plus)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to explain products clearly and handle objections
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in home warranty, insurance, or home services
