A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate client debts and secure favorable settlements to halt legal actions

Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies

Manage client files, gather legal documentation, and ensure compliance with monthly performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience

Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment

Strong analytical mindset and business acumen

Computer competency with prior experience using a CRM platform preferred
