Authorization Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises the prior authorization request process to ensure timely management of work queues

Monitors authorization requests inventory and ensures compliance with contract requirements and performance standards

Provides coaching and guidance to the authorization team to meet SLAs and improve processing quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

4+ years of related experience or equivalent experience

Knowledge of contract requirements, policies, and procedures

Experience in onboarding, hiring, and training team members

Ability to evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback
