We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant.

Responsibilities :

  • A Shift Manager supervises a team of Restaurant Employees
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency / productivity
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Track monthly / period results and trends of the Restaurant
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns / issues
  • Control Costs – Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies
  • 8-Week Training Plan for certification

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Restaurant Industry a plus (Not Required) we will train you.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent People Skills - Motivate / Train Employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Positive Attitude / Friendly
  • A Shift Manager must be able to multi task
  • Flexible schedule
  • Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
