LVN Wanted Full Time

Pay : $28 - $30 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Shift Hours : 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply with ONE year of experience.

Maxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an Adult patient. Patient is dependent on G-Tube, trach and Ventilator. This position will be available possibly Mid to late January 2026.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care / services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
