Our firm is seeking a skilled Immigration Attorney to join our Fort Lauderdale office. This is a hands-on, litigation-forward role for an attorney who can manage a heavy caseload, advocate fiercely for clients, and navigate the full spectrum of U.S. immigration matters with confidence and precision.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a diverse and active caseload with strict deadlines
- Prepare and review immigration applications, motions, and briefs
- Handle filings across family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based matters (VAWA, I-360, T-Visa, I-914, U Visa, I-918, I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131)
- Represent clients before USCIS , EOIR , and other agencies
- Attend USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings
- Conduct legal research, analyze complex case issues, and advise clients accordingly
- Maintain consistent client communication and case updates
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice in FloridaMinimum 3 years of Immigration Law experienceStrong command of U.S. immigration laws, procedures, and agency requirementsExcellent written and verbal advocacy skillsAbility to draft and review legal documents with precisionStrong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized and comfortable in a high-volume practiceWillingness to collaborate and train with senior attorneysSchedule
This is a full-time, on-site position in our Fort Lauderdale office .
Monday–Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM
