Job Description

An Equine and Companion Animal Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing customers, while working directly with other sales representatives, both internally and externally, to contribute to the company's growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about veterinary medicine and sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

This position is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific Time.

Customer Support

• Develop strong working relationships across the business / functions, as well as with customers and manufacturing partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and provide timely resolutions, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and professional.
• Communicate any pertinent information received from customers to the outside sales representative or appropriate management.
• Identify customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and / or solutions.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and vendor representatives through excellent communication, follow up and support.
• The Customer Service Representative may perform other duties as assigned.

This position provides the opportunity for minimal travel (10%) in a local area for a sales ride-along or training opportunity.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $18.37 - $22.50
